Developing students into professional creatives is one of the many things we're passionate about. In many firms interns are used to run errands or do the work nobody else wants to do. Here the focus is on learning essential skills. Education is essential for knowledge and skills, but without the practical application such knowledge means little. We ask and expect exceptional work from our interns, just as any job in the real world. They will be expected to improvise, show creativity and initiative, and work within deadlines. |
