Meet our new Project Manager, Elise!

Tell us a little about yourself…

I grew up in Fort Worth, and studied Liberal Arts at UTA. I worked in Non-Profit management (mostly Refugee Resettlement) for approximately 5 years. I currently work as the Project Manager at Ardent. I work with all of our teams to create processes to increase efficiency and productivity. I also serve in a client relations role.

Are you from Fort Worth?

Yes…kinda. I was actually born in Winter Haven, FL, and my family moved to St. Louis for a couple of years while my dad finished school. We moved back to Fort Worth (my parents’ hometown) when I was 3 years old, so I definitely consider Fort Worth home.

What do you do when you aren’t working?

I have a huge family, including 3 nephews and 2 nieces, with whom I spend a majority of my time. I’m also very involved at my church – the Paradox church – and serve as a leader there. I watch a ton of Netflix/Hulu (lately enjoying the TV shoes Jane The Virgin, Fixer Upper, and Happy Endings), I paint and am a photographer when I find time. I enjoy going to hear live music, and trying new restaurants with my friends. Also, I love road trips and try to take them often, even if they’re to random small towns in TX.
