Some marketing projects are all business. Others touch your heart in ways you never expect. Since 2016, we’ve had the privilege of working with the Gladney Center for Adoption helping them share stories of love, hope and family. But for us, this partnership is more than just marketing—it’s personal.
Why This Work Matters: It’s Personal
For us, adoption isn’t just a story we tell—it’s a story one of our teammates has lived. Paul Miller, our creative director, is an adoptive dad. He knows firsthand the emotions, challenges and joy of adoption. Paul and his wife, Kate, welcomed their second daughter into their family thanks to the Gladney Center for Adoption. His experience brings a unique perspective to every project we create for Gladney. He’s not just designing marketing materials—he’s helping tell a story that changed his own life. As teammates, we are humbled and inspired to work alongside.

The Challenge: Getting to the Heart of the Matter
Adoption isn’t just about stats; it’s about people.
It’s about vulnerable children who need a loving, permanent home.
It’s about birth parents who make a brave, selfless choice for their child’s future.
It’s about adoptive families who open their hearts and homes to a new chapter of love.
Every report, brochure and campaign created had to reflect this human story—because at its core, adoption isn’t just a process, it’s about bringing families together.
Our Approach: Telling the Gladney Story
Examples of Our Work:
Celebrating Adoption
National Adoption Month Campaigns
To honor National Adoption Month, we helped launch the “Adoption Rocks Your Home” campaign—an initiative designed to celebrate the powerful stories within the Gladney family. Our work encompassed branding and logo design, web design, print collateral, and social media efforts, ensuring the campaign reached and inspired the community and potential donors.

Adoption Celebration Signs
Designed to make adoption finalizations even more unforgettable, our team was thrilled to create celebratory signs that bring joy and excitement to a family’s special day!
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
Gladney Cup Invitations and Welcome Kits
The Gladney Cup is more than a golf tournament—it’s an exclusive, invitation-only experience that brings together passionate supporters for a day at some of the country’s most prestigious courses. But beyond the fairways, this event serves a greater purpose: raising critical funds to support adoption.
Every year, we design Gladney Cup invitations that do more than inform—they intrigue. Each piece is crafted to reflect the prestige and significance of the event, sparking excitement and anticipation among donors. The goal? To make them feel like they’re being invited to something truly special—because they are.
To round out the attendees’ experience, they are welcomed with beautifully branded welcome kits and event materials that create an amazing first impression.

Seasonal Campaigns
Over the years, our team has developed impactful fundraising materials tailored to seasonal campaigns, including Mother’s Day and Father’s Day appeals and other donor engagement campaign pieces that drive support. From sophisticated print design to compelling fundraising mailers, every detail is intentional, ensuring Gladney continues to drive generosity and make a lasting impact on children and families.

Annual Reports
We produce impactful annual reports that go beyond the numbers to showcase the human impact of adoption. These reports from digital to print, tell the stories of families and the difference Gladney makes in their lives.

The Impact: Marketing with Meaning
Our work with Gladney goes beyond marketing materials. It’s not about fancy designs, clever ideas, or slick copy; it’s about creating experiences that celebrate adoption stories and move the community to action. Whether we’re increasing donations, securing grants, or raising awareness, every piece we collaborate on serves a purpose.
Working with Gladney has been one of the most fulfilling partnerships we’ve had. Their mission is one of love and transformation, and we’re honored to help them share it. Because when marketing is done right, it doesn’t just sell a service—it tells a story that connects, inspires and changes lives.
